Leveraging the PopPick solution, S&S’s multiple logistics centers have not only achieved significant improvements in employee efficiency, order quality, and delivery speed, but also achieved flexible scalability to match business growth.
AGILOX
BMW Group plant in Regensburg has been introducing AGILOX AMRs since 2017, with 27 deployed by the end of 2023. These robots achieve efficient material handling through decentralized collaboration and autonomous navigation, transporting over 2,600 tons of goods per week and earning industry recognition.
Intelligent upgrade of MAHLE plant
In 2025, MAHLE purchased AGILOX’s 2,000th AMR, marking a new chapter in the partnership. MAHLE operates globally, with a significant presence in China, placing high demands on production flexibility and efficiency. AGILOX’s AMRs are autonomous and flexible, adapting to their diverse production needs. They facilitate material handling across multiple plants, reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
EP
EP Digital Factory
EP coordinated the entire factory through the “DAS Digital Brain” and used nearly 200 mobile robots to complete material handling on 120 intelligent logistics routes throughout the factory and stacking and picking in more than 40 distributed warehouses, completing 100% automation of the entire factory’s logistics, increasing production line response by 50%, and saving 40% of storage land.
A leading 3C manufacturing enterprise
EP is the first in the industry to successfully implement 3-10cm smart picking and transfer of spare parts for a large enterprise in the 3C industry through embodied picking and embodied transfer robots, realizing the direct movement of non-carriers and opening up digital and intelligent movement of the entire process including picking, handling, and stacking.
Guozi Robotics
Guozi Robotics’ Warehousing Solution for Company F
Company F from the United States is one of the world’s largest online retailers of sports apparel. In 2023 and 2024, it collaborated with Guozi Robotics twice to create a stable and easily manageable warehousing and logistics management system, increasing picking efficiency by 50% and completing the construction of its first global ultra-large fully automated warehouse.
Staples
In April 2025, Guozi Robotics and U.S.-based Staples celebrate the ninth year of their strategic partnership. Over the course of this collaboration, the two companies have signed two strategic cooperation agreements. Guozi has supplied Staples with over 1,000 robots, including a wide range of Picking AGVs, deployed in key warehouse locations such as Charlotte, Pennsylvania, Denver, and New York.
SIASUN
BYD Hungary Passenger Car Factory
The Hungary plant has deployed 25 SIASUN assembly mobile robots, 69 sub-assembly mobile robots, 50 towing mobile robots, and 618 logistics delivery mobile robots. SIASUN has built a full-process solution—from precise material delivery in stamping, efficient transfer of semi-finished products in welding, to seamless flow coordination across sub-assembly and final assembly lines.
PSA Corporation – Port of Singapore
The Port of Singapore has deployed heavy-duty port mobile robots and the world’s first intelligent empty container stacking robot, which has a 65-ton load capacity, all-weather operation and unmanned stacking capabilities, to build an efficient, green and intelligent automated collection and distribution system. This has not only advanced port automation across Southeast Asia, but also provided a “SIASUN model” for global green port development.
HCGZ Intelligence
Leading Chinese NEV Smart Factory
The factory has deployed 120+ diverse logistics robots across the facility, and automated handling of dozens of fixture types, including oversized/heavy loads, while achieving exceptional ±7mm docking precision. Our solution enabled efficient multi-vehicle operation & 100+ concurrent tasks via proprietary multi-layer AI path planning & scheduling algorithms to consistently meet stringent high-volume, high-quality delivery targets.
Global FMCG Leader’s Smart Warehouse Transformation
Through deployment of 50 Forklift Mobile Robots (FMRs) specifically engineered for the challenges in this project, the company is committed to overhauling inefficient traditional truck loading/unloading processes. These 50 FMRs are highly adaptable, featuring adaptive single/double fork configurations for seamless handling of diverse palletized loads, which facilitates end-to-end unmanned transfer between warehouse and trucks.
NTI
Budweiser “Green Intelligence” Benchmark Factory
China’s first “double-station balanced fork AGV” has a maximum pallet load of 3 tons and a stacking height of 6 meters; in terms of design, it implements “empowering green intelligence”, is efficient and energy-saving, and creates a dark factory.
Tsingtao Brewery (Luoyang)
The project adopts an online, in-situ technical transformation approach, achieving a comprehensive upgrade all at once, enabling rapid warehousing and efficient turnover of finished products. Multiple types of AGV equipment are operated in an orderly manner within the same area and along shared routes, creating a first-of-its-kind demonstration case in the industry.
