1. Solve the problem that the storage position and aisle layout can not be changed, with the diversification of pallet types: the storage capacity rate and pallet specifications seriously affect the type of forklifts, In situations with aisle width restrictions and multiple pallet types, forklift selection is particularly important, through simulation analysis, this problem can be solved by using reach truck and precise pallet handling techniques.

The storage locations need to be adjusted frequently, Traditional manual repetitive planning of storage location attributes leads to complex operation procedures and high error rates; By introducing the iMEC management system, the flexibility of storage attributes can be enhanced, effectively increasing storage capacity and information accuracy.

1. Accurate navigation
Using 3D laser Lidar for 3D scanning of point clouds, the 3D map is more accurate, and can be applied to scenes in different environments; AMR smart forklifts can rely on 3D Lidar in open corridor scenes, and can run smoothly without protruding references; 3D+2DLidar forms 360° all-round protection, intelligent shielding, and higher safety factor
2. Safe and reliable
Safe movement: The vehicle is equipped with three 2D Lidars to form a 360° all-round protection, providing intelligent obstacle avoidance. It is also equipped with collision sensing bars for higher safety.
Safe loading and unloading of goods: The storage location is intelligently identified, and the forklift automatically corrects the skew of the pallet and identifies the height limit of the pallet goods.

AMR intelligent robots and AIoT intelligent platforms can increase or decrease the number of robots according to the actual business situation, adjust storage space attributes, meet factory development needs, and reduce warehouse operation and maintenance costs.
