Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Geek+”) recently passed the listing hearing of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKSE) and disclosed the information set after the hearing on June 22. Morgan Stanley and CICC served as joint sponsors.
Annual revenue of 2.4 billion

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Beijing, Geek+ has been the world’s largest warehouse fulfillment AMR solution provider for 6 consecutive years, providing one-stop AMR solutions to enable warehouse fulfillment and industrial handling scenarios. Geek+’s business covers more than 40 countries and regions, with a total of 1,500+ global projects deployed; 48 service stations and 13 spare parts centers have been established worldwide, with 7×24h rapid response capabilities. According to the prospectus, as of December 31, 2024, Geek+ has the most extensive global business in the global AMR market.
From 2021 to 2024, Geek+’s revenue increased from 790 million yuan to 2.41 billion yuan at a compound annual growth rate of 45%. Among them, the revenue of more than 2.4 billion yuan in 2024 has become the largest among the listed companies and companies applying for listing in the HKSE robot sector so far.
Once listed on the HKSE, Geek+ will become the first stock of the global warehouse autonomous mobile robot (AMR).
