According to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on June 23, Standard Robots (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Standard Robots”) submitted a listing application to the HKSE Main Board, and CITIC Securities and Guotai Junan International are joint sponsors.
Established in 2016, Standard Robots is a leading global supplier of flexible logistics solutions, which continues to create innovative industrial mobile robots and RIoT software systems and other products to meet the automation and digital transformation needs of different industries at different times and in different scenarios, and is committed to providing first-class products and efficient solutions for the global manufacturing industry.
From 2022 to 2024, Standard’s revenue will be 96 million yuan, 162 million yuan and 251 million yuan respectively, with a compound annual growth rate of 61.3%, far exceeding the overall compound annual growth rate of 26.8% of the global industrial intelligent mobile robot solution market during the same period.
Since its establishment, it has received investments from investment institutions such as Cash Capital, GPCP, Source Code Capital, Lightspeed China Partners, Miracleplus, NIO Capital, China Securities, Xiaomi, Wuxi Liangxi Science and Technology Innovation Industry Investment Fund, Chuangsai Fund, VINNO Capital, and BVF. The valuation after the last round of financing before the IPO was 2.1 billion yuan.
The funds raised from the IPO of Standard in HKSE are intended to be used for the following purposes: strengthening the company’s core robot technology platform, robot products and RoboVerse system and developing related proprietary robot technology; establishing and consolidating domestic and foreign sales and service networks, while enhancing the ability to deploy robot solutions and promote the company’s brand; developing production capacity and new production lines; and using it for working capital and other general corporate purposes to support business operations and growth.
