Recently, AGiBOT completed a three-hour live broadcast, showing the real operating performance of its self-developed A2-W general-purpose embodied robot since it was put into service one month ago.

In the live broadcast, A2-W successfully completed the task of carrying more than 800 turnover boxes in two shifts and one shift, and there was 0 errors in the operation live broadcast for 3 hours, fully demonstrating its stable operation ability in a long-term, high-intensity, and dynamic interference environment. At the same time, A2-W also demonstrated multimodal perception and dynamic obstacle avoidance functions, which could identify personnel, turnover boxes and other obstacles in real time on site, autonomously plan paths, adjust or suspend operations, and have a safety redundancy mechanism when sharing the working space with people, thereby achieving efficient collaboration. In addition, through dual-arm collaboration and high-precision operation, A2-W can grab, carry, and place turnover boxes of different sizes and weights, and when the pallet material box is not stacked in a standardized manner, it can also autonomously identify and adjust the posture to grab. When an abnormality occurs during the operation, it can also autonomously correct errors and continue to operate, significantly improving the overall operation efficiency.

At present, AGiBOT has been commercialized in the fields of flexible manufacturing, interactive services, entertainment and tourism, commercial retail, scientific research and education. A2-W, as its main product for industrial scenarios, covers a variety of jobs such as handling, sorting, and assembly, and has achieved small-scale commercial deployment. Wang Chuang, President of General Business Department of AGiBOT, said, “We are at a critical stage from 0 to 1 for industrial humanoid robots. In the next 1-2 years, Zhiyuan will accelerate the iteration of the body and algorithm, and promote the large-scale application of general embodied robots in more industrial scenarios.”
This live broadcast not only showcased the latest achievements of embodied intelligent technology, but also provided a replicable paradigm for the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry. With the continuous maturity of technology and the gradual improvement of the ecosystem, humanoid robots are expected to become common “colleagues” in factories, working in collaboration with humans to jointly promote the development of manufacturing in a more efficient, flexible and intelligent direction.
