On October 16, LimX Dynamics unveiled its first multi-form biped robot, TRON 1, with an early bird price starting at RMB 69,800. The product is now available in both domestic and international markets. TRON 1 features a modular design, offering three configurations: dual-point feet, biped, and dual-wheeled feet. The dual-point feet configuration is simple and easy to operate; the biped configuration is ideal for standing and walking; and the dual-wheeled feet leverage mature wheeled technology, with a three-in-one modular design to adapt to various application scenarios, enhancing mobility in complex terrains. Additionally, TRON 1 features a quick disassembly design, allowing users to mix and match various configurations. The TRON 1 system can detect foot-end changes after disassembly and adjust its motion control mode accordingly. It also incorporates high-performance motion control algorithms, enabling remote-controlled walking.
TRON 1 supports full-process development using only Python and offers practical peripheral interfaces, allowing users to add a range of accessories such as radars, robotic arms, cameras, and dual-lens gimbals based on their needs. This expandability makes TRON 1 not only suitable for fundamental research but also for application-oriented scientific projects.
