Recently, at the 9th China-South Asia Exposition & the 29th China Kunming Import & Export Fair (hereinafter referred to as “South Asia Expo”), Zhenghao Holdings (Yunnan) Group and its partner XBOTPARK exhibited 6 construction robot products, which marks that Zhenghao Group has officially entered the field of construction robots, injecting new momentum into the traditional construction industry with intelligent technology.
At this exhibition, Zhenghao Group successively displayed two-legged robot, drone inspection and operation and maintenance platform, ALC strip installation robot, Zhijian waterproofing membrane paving robot, digital ruler, and handheld 3D scanner. These 6 intelligent construction equipment intuitively presents the future picture of the intelligent transformation of the construction industry. Among them, the ALC strip installation robot is particularly eye-catching. According to the staff of the partner, this robot can replace the traditional manual wall panel installation. The heavy work that originally required 5-6 people to collaborate can now be completed by only 1 person operating the machine and 1 auxiliary worker, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and safety.

At the booth, Li Haoran, Vice President of Zhenghao Group, explained the group’s original intention to enter the field of construction robots from the perspective of industry change, “The construction industry is too traditional, and we want to change the future.” He said frankly, “Intelligent construction is not only an inevitable choice for industry upgrading, but also a ‘self-salvation’ for traditional construction companies. The future industry will usher in earth-shaking changes. We are planning intelligent construction, hoping to explore a new development path and realize the transformation from traditional labor-intensive projects to new industries with non-manpower or non-traditional methods. At the same time, it is also to allow companies to find new survival and development space in the fierce market competition.”
With the rising labor costs and higher safety production requirements in the construction industry, intelligence and automation have become an inevitable choice for the development of the industry.
