MINIEYE Received Another 800 Orders for Unmanned Logistics Vehicles, Bringing Total Orders to 1,400 in November

According to China Low-Speed Automated Driving Industry Alliance (LSAD), MINIEYE announced the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement with New Gonow Auto and Being Logistics to jointly design, produce, and deliver 800 automotive-grade, competitive unmanned logistics vehicles.

MINIEYE stated that this tripartite cooperation would be based on the principle of “complementary advantages and win-win cooperation,” streamlining the entire chain of technology research and development, intelligent manufacturing, and large-scale operation to jointly promote the large-scale implementation of L4 autonomous driving technology in urban logistics and distribution. As unmanned vehicles become a key driver for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the logistics system, securing another 800 units signifies further validation of MINIEYE’s L4 technology strength and engineering capabilities. Through manufacturing system collaboration and operational resource integration, it will also contribute to the construction of a replicable new industry benchmark for smart logistics ecosystems.

Currently, Xiaozhu’s unmanned vehicles are being stably deployed in high-dynamic scenarios such as Huaqiangbei in Shenzhen, and have secured bulk orders of 100 units from ICCW and 500 units from Master, accumulating orders of 1,400 units this month.

Furthermore, the day after securing an order for 800 units, MINIEYE issued an announcement regarding the Placement of New H Shares under General Mandate, proposing to issue up to 14,012,800 new H shares through joint placement agents, at HK$14.88 per share.

The announcement indicates that, assuming all placement shares are fully placed to subscribers, net proceeds will be approximately HK$204.4 million. Approximately 70% of the funds raised will be used for the development of L4 unmanned logistics vehicle business, including next-generation product R&D, operating platform upgrades, and sales network expansion; approximately 30% will be used for upgrading the basic R&D platform, including improving the efficiency of the data closed-loop system and efficiently empowering the development of pre-installed and L4 unmanned vehicle multi-product lines.

The launch of a new round of share placement by MINIEYE will accelerate the accumulation of R&D technology reserves and commercialization resources, which will help to further consolidate its competitive advantages and expand its market leadership, injecting new growth momentum into the company’s long-term L4 business layout.
