TianYanCha.com shows that on June 16, Linkerbot (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. had two shareholder change notifications on the same day, one was Shanghai Yunyang Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and the other was CICC Guanbo (Shanghai) Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership. Among them, Shanghai Yunyang is a 100% subsidiary of Ant Group, established in 2022, with a registered capital of over 100 million yuan. On the same day, Linkerbot simultaneously completed the change of registered capital from the previous 6,614,610 yuan to 7,207,755 yuan.
According to public information, “Linkerbot” was established in 2019, focusing on the embodied intelligent platform with “dexterous hands + cloud-based intelligent brain” as the core. It has independently developed and launched the Linker Hand series of dexterous hands, as well as related motion capture teleoperation systems, dexterous operation digital twin platforms and other platform products. The Linker Hand series of products have a monthly sales volume of over 1,000 units, and its market share has reached 80% of the global high-freedom dexterous hand market, ranking first in the industry.
In early April this year, Linkerbot announced that it had completed a seed round of financing of over 100 million yuan, led by Sequoia China Seed Fund and WKAI, and followed by Leaguer, Leaguer Financial, Huacang Capital, and Anyu. The funds will be used for the research and development of underlying technologies and product optimization and iteration.
