Representatives from the Department of International Trade Promotion under Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce and the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce visited the XGEN ROBOT booth to review the technology and discuss the company’s overseas market strategy.
Against the backdrop of Thailand’s push for Industry 4.0, the visiting VIP delegation commended XGEN ROBOT’s strategic approach: establishing Thailand as an intelligent transformation hub to serve broader Southeast Asian markets. Rather than simply exporting standalone hardware, XGEN ROBOT positions itself as a global solution provider, delivering end-to-end smart factory solutions that offer a systematic pathway for local manufacturing transformation.
“For this exhibition, XGEN ROBOT brought highly flexible intelligent handling solutions deeply adapted to Southeast Asian market conditions,” said Feng Anshun, Marketing Director of Jingsong Intelligent, during media interviews at the show.
The lineup includes counterbalance FMRs built for heavy-load outdoor transfers, stacking, and loading operations, alongside omnidirectional reach trucks optimized for high-density, narrow-aisle storage. Powered by proprietary dispatching software, multi-robot collaboration enables integrated indoor-and-outdoor flexible material handling. These solutions directly target regional pain points, such as labor shortages, heavy-load demands, and docking workflows, demonstrating the real-world performance of advanced manufacturing equipment in international markets.
Localized service capabilities also emerged as a key point of interest for officials and journalists.

- Thailand (Hengxin Life Smart Packaging): Re-engineered wide-format paper roll circulation using customized warehouse allocation strategies, resulting in a 3-to-5-fold increase in warehouse utilization within the existing facility footprint.
- Vietnam (Global Apparel Manufacturer): Deployed a complete intelligent handling system for complex printing and dyeing workflows. Multiple FMR robots operating under proprietary software achieve a throughput of 180 pallets per hour, meeting an annual transfer demand of 1.4 million pallets.
