According to German industrial media Produktion, German robotics company NEURA Mobile Robots announced today the acquisition of ADLATUS Robotics GmbH, further expanding its product portfolio in the fields of mobile robots and professional service robots. This transaction combines ADLATUS’s expertise in autonomous cleaning robots, mobile robot technology, and specialized applications with NEURA’s technological capabilities in artificial intelligence, robot bodies, and Physical AI.
This acquisition is also an important step for NEURA in continuously improving its mobile robot business landscape. In recent years, NEURA has been expanding from cognitive robots and humanoid robots to a wider range of robot products and application scenarios, accelerating its mobile robot business development through mergers, acquisitions, and collaborations.

ADLATUS Robotics, headquartered in Ulm, Germany, has long focused on autonomous cleaning robots and related automation solutions, with products primarily targeting industrial, commercial, logistics, and public facility applications.
