According to the Notice on the Filing of “Full Circulation” of Overseas Issued and Listed Shares and Domestic Unlisted Shares of Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd.“ (hereinafter referred to as “Geek+”) disclosed by the International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on June 13, Geek+ may become the “first stock of global warehouse AMR”.
Information shows that the company plans to issue no more than 226,080,000 overseas listed common shares and be listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The company’s 39 shareholders plan to convert a total of 846,074,883 domestic unlisted shares held by them into overseas listed shares and list them on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Founded in 2015, Geek+ is an intelligent robot company leading the global smart logistics transformation and has led the global AMR market share for three consecutive years. The company is headquartered in Beijing and has sales, operations and service capabilities in more than 40 countries and regions around the world. At present, the project covers retail, footwear, medicine, 3PL, automobile, lithium battery, photovoltaic, electronics and other industries.
Public information shows that the warehouse fulfillment AMR solutions provided by Geek+ include Geek+ shelf-to-person picking solution, Geek+ box-to-person picking solution, Geek+ pallet-to-person picking solution, smart sorting solution, smart handling solution, etc.
So far, Geek+ has received investments from dozens of well-known institutions and industry parties, including Warburg Pincus, CPE Fund, GGV Capital, China Greater Bay Area Technology and Innovation Fund, Ant Group, Volcanics Venture, Gaorong Ventures, China Internet Investment Fund, Morgan Stanley, Hefei State-owned Assets, Yili, Haier, ABC Capital, Intel, and CICC Capital.
