At this industrial expo, Lanxin Technology showcased a total of seven products, including 300KG/600KG/1000KG Intelligent Handling Robots, SMT Loading and Unloading Robots, Photovoltaic Production Robot, Lithium Battery Production Robot, and Unmanned Forklift.
SMT Loading and Unloading Robot
The 3D visual perception SMT loading and unloading robot has made its first public appearance. This product adopts 3D visual navigation and 3D visual obstacle avoidance technology, and changes in the robot’s external environment do not affect the robot’s positioning stability; The 3D obstacle avoidance camera assists the robot in identifying suspended and low obstacles on the path, providing greater safety assurance. It is worth noting that this product is the first pure visual mobile robot in China, without any LiDAR.
Photovoltaic Production Robot
The Photovoltaic Production Robot adopts 3D visual SLAM and 3D visual obstacle avoidance technology, which can accurately identify the electronic screens, equipment doors, and workers on the path hanging out on the production line, ensuring the maximum safety of the robot’s driving. It can improve photovoltaic production efficiency.
Intelligent Handling Robot 3610L
The Intelligent Handling Robot 3610L is a universal chassis for mobile robots, with a load of 600KG, equipped with 3D visual obstacle avoidance technology, and achieving semantic level obstacle recognition. It can accurately distinguish objects such as wrenches and labor shoes. In addition, the product has obtained EU CE certification.
