Recently, Geek+, a global leader in intelligent robots, announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The report shows that the company’s revenue increased by 31.0% year-on-year to RMB 1.025 billion, gross profit increased by 43.1% year-on-year to RMB 360 million, and net losses narrowed significantly by over 90%. Adjusted EBITDA (Non-IFRS measure) turned positive to RMB 11.62 million, making it the first robotics company listed on HKEX to do so. This demonstrates strong growth momentum and commercialization capabilities, and indicates that the company is nearing profitability. In terms of business, the company recorded orders totaling RMB 1.76 billion, a year-on-year increase of 30.1%, including orders exceeding RMB 100 million. The company also achieved breakthrough progress in key customer repurchases, new customer acquisitions, new industries, and new channel expansion.

Additionally, Geek+ announced the establishment of its embodied intelligence subsidiary on July 9 and officially released its new universal robot arm operation technology solution and Geek+ Brain, the world’s first embodied intelligent pedestal model designed specifically for warehousing, on August 27. These solutions address the challenges of precise SKU picking and efficient adaptation in large-scale warehouse operations, bringing revolutionary application technologies to the industry.

Going forward, Geek+ will focus on four key areas: embodied intelligence R&D, global market expansion, ESG sustainability, and talent development, to further consolidate its industry leadership and advance its strategic goals.
