SIASUN Mobile Robot Industry has over 20 years of experience in product development and engineering project applications, dedicated to providing mid-to-high-end solutions for mobile robot products to global customers. It has achieved the first applications of mobile robots in several industries, including the first automotive assembly AGV, the first diesel engine assembly AGV, the first heavy-duty AGV, the first truck assembly AGV, and the first new energy high-precision AGV. SIASUN is a firsthand witness and participant in developing China’s mobile robot industry, having been involved in formulating national and industry standards multiple times. Based on industry characteristics and years of project experience, SIASUN has developed the most comprehensive product system in the industry, with a total of four major categories and over 100 types of mobile robot products, widely used in automotive, new energy batteries, photovoltaics, power, tobacco, food, semiconductors, and chemical industries. Due to reliable products and high-quality services, SIASUN has built a premium customer base and representative products.
The automotive industry is a key application sector for SIASUN mobile robots. In the 1990s, SIASUN developed the country’s first automotive assembly line based on mobile robots—AGVs, which was established at the Automation Institute and put into use at Jinbei Automotive Company. In 2007, SIASUN’s independently developed AGV system was exported to General Motors’ Mexico factory, supporting GM’s global manufacturing operations. This marked the entry of AGV products into the international market, breaking the situation where mobile robots were only imported but not exported, while also completing upgrades to the distributed controller. By the end of 2023, SIASUN’s deliveries in the automotive sector had exceeded 18,000 units.
SIASUN has demonstrated strong technical capabilities and industry influence in integrating and applying digital mobile robots. Its rich product series, extensive application cases, and continuous technological innovation have injected new vitality into the development of smart manufacturing and logistics industries.
