In the field of mobile robots, if the shipment volume increases from 0 to 10,000 units, it is a key milestone for companies to break through technical barriers and verify market demand. When the shipment volume exceeds 100,000 units, it means that the company has achieved large-scale replication from 1 to N and officially entered the industry’s top camp, which not only verifies the product’s strong market adaptability and technological leadership, but also demonstrates that it has established a mature supply chain system, efficient production capacity and perfect service network, becoming the core force to promote industry innovation and lead industrial development.
According to incomplete statistics from the New Strategy Mobile Robot Industry Research Institute, 7 Chinese companies have currently shipped over 100,000 mobile robot products, namely Hikrobot, POSITEC, Segway-Ninebot, Dreame, Pudu, KEENON, and Yuanding Intelligent.
Industrial AGV/AMR-Hikrobot
Hikrobot was officially established in 2016, and its business is mainly divided into three major sectors: machine vision, mobile robots, and articulated robots. As of May 20, 2024, Hikrobot has rolled off 100,000 mobile robots (AMRs) of all categories.
Since the launch of the first generation of latent robots, Hikrobot has made continuous breakthroughs in the field of AMRs. In 2016, the company launched the latent series 300kg load robot, laying a solid foundation for the upgrade of subsequent products. A full range of mobile robot types such as palletizing/heavy load robots, fork-picking robots, and container transferring units have been launched one after another. According to the needs of different scenarios, they can be divided into various subcategories such as stacking, handling, omnidirectional, clamping, lifting, jacking, traction, and hoisting according to their functions, with more than 1,450 product models. The core software has undergone four rounds of iterations and achieved a technological leap. The service scope has also expanded from the manufacturing industry to the circulation field, covering the automotive, lithium battery, photovoltaic, 3C, 3PL, retail, express delivery, pharmaceutical and other industries.
As of April 10, 2024, Hikrobot has served more than 17,000 customers, covering more than 200 sub-industries.

Mowing Robots – POSITEC, Segway-Ninebot, and Dreame
POSITEC
POSITEC Technology (China) Co., Ltd. was established in 1994. Since then, it has owned its own high-end power tool brand Worx, sweeping robot brand NOESIS, and two overseas acquisition brands Rockwell and Kress. Its product sales cover nearly 70 countries and regions around the world, and it has 15 overseas marketing subsidiaries, 4 R&D centers and 4 manufacturing bases around the world.
As a traditional tool manufacturing giant, POSITEC has shipped more than 1 million units in the field of mowing robots, of which the annual sales in 2021 exceeded 300,000 units. Its products occupy an important position in the European and American markets with mature supply chains and cost-effective advantages, especially in the field of buried mowing robots.

Segway-Ninebot
In September 2021, Segway-Ninebot’s first generation of Segway mowing robots, Segway Navimow, was officially launched, opening the door to the smart mowing market.
In 2022, Segway-Ninebot was the first in the industry to achieve mass delivery of borderless lawn mowers for household use. The products successfully entered more than 10 EU countries and settled in more than 300 dealer stores, quickly gaining a foothold in the overseas market. In 2023, Segway-Ninebot launched a new generation of borderless Segway Navimowi series smart robotic lawn mowers. Navimowi is equipped with a more advanced EFLS2.0 system and integrates visual positioning technology. Compared with EFLS1.0, it greatly improves the positioning accuracy and operation stability of the product.
In 2024, the Segway Navimow smart robotic lawn mower independently developed by Segway-Ninebot’s holding subsidiary Weilan Continental achieved revenue of 861 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of approximately 283.92%, becoming the first borderless robotic lawn mower brand covering 100,000 household users worldwide.

Dreame
In February 2025, Dreame announced that the cumulative shipment volume of its robotic lawn mowers exceeded 100,000 units (including 20,000 sales orders and 80,000 units purchased by agents). It took only 10 months from the release in April 2024 to achieve this goal.
In April 2024, Dreame’s Keting Technology launched the first borderless smart robotic lawn mower A1 based on Mid-360 radar. It not only solves the core pain points of traditional robotic lawn mowers, “boundary dependence and poor environmental adaptability”, but also opens up a new track of “boundless smart courtyard” through the deep integration of “high-performance hardware + scenario-based algorithm”.
In the face of the pain points of traditional lawn mowers, such as easy loss of environmental signals, poor user installation and deployment experience, and weak obstacle avoidance capabilities, Dreame independently developed the OmniSense™ 3D super-sensing system. Combined with the Mid-360 laser radar, it can perceive more information in three-dimensional space, integrate multiple functions such as mapping, positioning, and obstacle avoidance, significantly improve the stability of positioning, effectively improve mowing efficiency, ensure that no area is missed during the cutting process, and achieve centimeter-level precise obstacle avoidance.
At the 2024IFA, Dreame exhibited the upgraded robotic lawn mower A2. It has achieved many innovations based on the A1, integrated AI vision technology, combined with outdoor environment algorithms, and built an improved version of the OmniSense™ 2.0 3D super-sensing system. For medium and large courtyards of 3,000 square meters, A2 can build 3D maps in real time, complete automatic navigation and precise positioning, and realize the freedom of intelligent mowing.

Commercial service robots – Pudu and KEENON
Pudu
On June 10, 2025, Pudu rolled off the 100,000th robot at its Jianhu super factory in Yancheng, Jiangsu, with cumulative shipment volume exceeding 100,000 units. Its products cover more than 60 countries and regions around the world, with overseas revenue accounting for more than 80%. The 100,000th robot launched at the ceremony was Pudu’s latest AI all-round cleaning robot – PUDU CC1 Pro, which realizes AI automation in all aspects of cleaning operations, marking that commercial cleaning robots have officially entered the AI era.
Entering the market from food delivery robots, Pudu has now built a product system covering three main lines of service delivery, commercial cleaning, and industrial delivery. It is one of the service robot companies with the richest and most complete product lines in the industry. The multi-category product matrix brings customers a one-stop product experience, greatly reducing customers’ learning, use, management and maintenance costs, and fully demonstrates Pudu’ industry-leading engineering capabilities and mature mass production capabilities.
In addition, Pudu first proposed in the industry in 2024 that the three forms of dedicated, human-like and humanoid would jointly constitute the future ecology of the robot industry, and subsequently launched the human-like robot PUDU D7 and the humanoid robot PUDU D9, completing the comprehensive layout of three forms of robot products: dedicated, human-like and humanoid.

KEENON
Founded in 2010, KEENON is one of the earliest companies in China to enter the service robot track. Products include food delivery robots, hotel robots, disinfection robots, leading robots, etc., which are used in catering, hotels, medical care, factories, supermarkets, airports and other fields.
Its headquarters is located in Shanghai, and currently has more than 80+ operation centers around the world, and has offices in the United States, the Netherlands, Japan, South Korea and other places. Its delivery, cleaning and other dedicated commercial service robot products have been deployed for more than 100,000 units, and its business covers more than 60 countries, more than 600 cities and regions around the world.
KEENON believes that embodied intelligence is the direction of future robot development. At the 2024 World Robot Conference, KEENON released the world’s first dual-arm embodied service robot XMAN-W3, which realizes the collaboration of the cloud-based large model “brain” and the local trajectory planning “cerebellum” to solve the problem of elevator control in overseas hotels. In March 2025, the first humanoid embodied service robot XMAN-R1 was released, which has the full-process closed-loop capability of “ordering-matching-delivering-collecting meals” and can work with existing robots, marking that KEENON has completed the full layout of “dedicated + human-like + humanoid”.
In 2025, KEENON connected to the DeepSeek large model, upgraded the interactive capabilities of medical robots, and cooperated with Digital China and VSTECS to promote the digitalization of the service industry. At the same time, the product matrix has expanded to the industrial field. The company plans to empower ten major industries such as catering, medical care, and industry through multi-morphological robots.

Pool cleaning robot-Yuanding Intelligent
In 2015, Yuanding Intelligent was established in Shenzhen, and its main business was outdoor portable energy storage and courtyard products at the beginning.
In 2017, Wang Yang, the founder, paid attention to the pool cleaning robot segment. At that time, the overseas pool cleaning market was dominated by traditional home brands, and there were few professional brands focusing on pool cleaning robots. In 2019, the company launched its first wireless pool cleaning robot, entering the market with technological innovation. Since then, it has launched a number of pool cleaning robot products such as Seagull, Scuba and Surfer series, and has won good comments on the Amazon platform, and once topped the best-selling list.
In 2022, it completed A round of financing of more than 100 million yuan, invested by XVC and Sunwoda, and opened the prelude to rapid expansion. In July 2024, it completed the B and B+ rounds of financing with a total amount of approximately 430 million yuan. The B round was led by CMB International, followed by Fosun RZ Capital and Borchid Capital, and additionally invested by the existing shareholder XVC. In 2025, the C round of financing was completed with a total amount of nearly 1 billion yuan. This round of financing was led by Fluidra, a global swimming pool industry giant, and existing shareholders such as XVC, Fosun RZ Capital, and Borchid Capital increased their holdings. Yunqi Partners joined as a new investor.
The core business is centered on the research and development and production of wireless intelligent swimming pool robots. Its Aiper brand focuses on providing affordable wireless swimming pool cleaning robots, including Scuba, Seagull, Surfer, Pilot and other series. At the beginning of 2025, it also released its first robotic lawn mower Horizon U1, demonstrating a diversified development strategy in the field of intelligent cleaning.
As of 2024, Aiper’s global cumulative shipment volume will exceed 2 million units, with products covering 45 countries and regions around the world, providing products and services to more than 2 million families and users.

It can be seen that the above 7 companies with shipment volume of more than 100,000 units have shown strong market competitiveness in their respective segments: POSITEC, Segway-Ninebot and Dreame have formed a competition pattern of “traditional giant + new forces” in the field of robotic lawn mowers; Yuanding Intelligent occupies the top position in the global market with swimming pool cleaning robots; Pudu and KEENON lead the overseas expansion in the field of commercial service robots; Hikrobot consolidates its technological advantages in the field of industrial AMR. With the iteration of technology and the expansion of scenarios, it is believed that the voice of Chinese companies in the global mobile robot market will be further enhanced, and Chinese solutions will dominate the world.
