Twinny launched NarGo Order Picking
Recently, Twinny, a leading mobile robot manufacturer and solution provider in South Korea, launched the latest NarGo order picking. This robot does not require any additional construction or modification of any infrastructure, and can be easily deployed in the original logistics center, and assists basic logistics operations with an automated operation system. Each NarGo order picking is equipped with two Orbbec binocular 3D cameras Gemini 335, which are installed on the front and back of the robot, giving the robot a 360° all-round view without blind spots, helping it to perform autonomous positioning, path planning, obstacle avoidance and interaction.
VMR released hidden fork picking robot
Recently, VMR officially released its hidden fork product – the hidden fork picking robot FR31201P. This product innovatively adopts a hidden fork design, equipped with a 3D visual docking camera, exclusive pallet image acquisition and AI algorithm, laser SLAM navigation technology and 3D obstacle avoidance camera + AI algorithm, and uses the independently developed VMR main controller and robot collaboration system. This product has the dual advantages of a lurking robot and an unmanned forklift, and can efficiently solve the pallet handling operations in high-density, narrow-channel storage scenarios. It is widely used in the automotive, pharmaceutical, tobacco, new energy, electronics, commerce and other industries.
Gongboshi launched a new generation of composite collaborative robots
On April 22, Gongboshi launched a new generation of composite collaborative robots. As a machining collaborative unit, it is designed for small batch and multi-variety production scenarios. With the three core advantages of “rapid deployment, flexible adaptation, efficiency and stability”, it provides a one-stop automated loading and unloading solution for CNC lathes, machining centers, grinders and other equipment. The four series of products (A/B/C/D series) displayed this time cover a variety of feeding modes such as pallets, slides, clips, and mobile, meeting the intelligent upgrade needs of different processing scenarios.
YUNLY launched outdoor omnidirectional heavy-duty mobile robot
This product is widely used in large factories and closed parks for the intelligent handling of large and heavy-duty goods. It can replace running vehicle, trucks and large forklifts, and can easily cope with the intelligent transportation of tanks and containers in the petroleum and chemical industries, as well as the intelligent transportation of heavy equipment in automated production lines and parks.
The mobile robot has an omnidirectional chassis that can move forward, backward, move sideways, and rotate 360°. The chassis adopts a multi-differential modular design with stable and reliable performance. The navigation adopts the “optical inertial navigation + RTK + laser” all-source fusion navigation technology independently developed by YUNLY to solve the problem of all-weather, all-scenario, high-precision and high-safety intelligent transportation. The product has multiple safety protection systems to ensure on-site production and logistics safety. The product load covers 20-100 tons, with automatic charging technology and remote control technology, which can meet the intelligent transportation work in most scenarios.
Deep Robotics-Lynx M20 series robots
On April 28, Deep Robotics released the Lynx M20 series robots, medium-sized wheeled robots for industry applications designed for complex terrain and dangerous environments. The Lynx M20 series robots combine lightweight design and continuous operation capabilities in extreme environments, redefining the intelligent operation platform in complex scenarios. With AI motion control algorithms, the Lynx M20 can autonomously adjust their posture and easily cope with extreme environments such as bumpy mountain roads, muddy wetlands, and ruins obstacles, helping humans to explore embodied intelligent industry applications in power inspections, fire emergencies, logistics distribution, scientific research and exploration, and more scenarios.
