According to China Mobile Robot Industry Alliance (CMRA) and Humanoid Robot Scene Application Alliance (HRAA), Booster Robotics completes a new round of financing exceeding 100 million yuan. This round was led by IDG Capital, with participation from E-town Capital, and continued investment from existing shareholders Source Code Capital, InnoAngel Fund, SCGC, and BVF, among other leading institutions and government funds. The funds will primarily be used for product R&D upgrades, large-scale mass production and delivery, and the construction of an ecosystem platform.
Previously, the company completed two rounds of financing in June and July of this year, with its Series A financing reaching nearly 500 million yuan. This additional investment further confirms the market’s deep recognition of its technological path and commercial potential. 100SUMMIT has served as the exclusive financial advisor for five consecutive rounds and will continue to provide long-term financial advisory services to the company.
On October 24, the Booster K1 was launched on platforms such as Taobao and Tmall. The first batch of full-payment orders sold out in just 20 minutes, and dealers signed orders exceeding 1,000 units at the launch event. To date, its humanoid robots have shipped over 700 units globally, serving more than 200 clients both domestically and internationally. These clients include leading technology companies, research institutions, K-12 schools, renowned competition teams, and commercial performance venues, with overseas markets accounting for over 50%.

Recently, the company has further expanded its strategic focus to the education sector, using a dual-engine approach of “competitions + education” to create a complete path from professional scenarios to the mass market. In the future, the company will collaborate with global developers to promote the application of humanoid robots in multiple scenarios, continuously deepening its commercial influence and making humanoid robots as simple, reliable, and practical as personal computers, injecting continuous momentum into the arrival of the embodied intelligence era.
