According to China Mobile Robot Industry Alliance (CMRA) and Humanoid Robot Scene Application Alliance (HRAA), NOETIX Robotics (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “NOETIX”) announces today that it has completed a Pre-B+ round of financing of nearly 200 million yuan. This round of financing was led by CCIG, with follow-on investments from YtiCapital and Houwei Capital. The financing will be used to increase investment in technological innovation and R&D, expand ecological cooperation in high-value application scenarios, and streamline the process from R&D to large-scale mass production and delivery.
It is worth noting that NOETIX has completed five rounds of financing this year. Less than a month ago, it completed a Pre-B round of financing of nearly 300 million yuan, led by FG Capital, with follow-on investments from Vertex Ventures, CRRC Transformation and Upgrading Fund, Unite Pioneers Capital, and Orient Renaissance Capital.
Founded in 2023, NOETIX’s main products include bipedal humanoid robots and bionic humanoid robots. The bipedal humanoid robots can perform high-dynamic movements such as running, jumping, single-leg hopping, and somersaults; the bionic humanoid robots can make different facial expressions and interact naturally with humans.
In terms of application scenarios, the products have been applied in various fields such as scientific research and education, exhibitions, and cultural tourism guidance, and are gradually expanding into scenarios such as elderly care, industrial inspection, and urban security.
On the product side, in October, NOETIX launched “Bumi,” priced at 9,998 yuan. Standing 94cm tall and weighing 12kg, it boasts over 21 degrees of freedom, supporting walking, running, dancing, and fluent voice interaction, and is positioned as a “family emotional companion and educational partner.” To date, thousands of units have been sold both online and offline.

In the field of education and scientific research, NOETIX also announced a strategic partnership with “codemao,” a leading programming education platform. The two parties will jointly invest resources to create a “humanoid robot programming education laboratory.”
Meanwhile, NOETIX has established a deep partnership with Tsinghua University High School, jointly building a “Robotics Advanced Research Laboratory” and opening up its general-purpose artificial intelligence ontology operating system and supporting R&D scenarios. It has also collaborated with numerous universities, including Xi’an Jiaotong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, ShanghaiTech University, South China University of Technology, and Hebei University, focusing on core technologies such as intelligent control, environmental perception, and biomimetic structures, continuously enhancing its technological reserves and innovative application capabilities in the field of high-performance robots.
To date, NOETIX’s order volume is steadily increasing, and its monthly delivery capacity is expected to reach 500 units by the end of this year.
