iRAYPLE to be listed on the HKEX

Recently, Dahua Technology, a global security leader, announced that the proposed listing location of its holding subsidiary Zhejiang HuaRay Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “iRAYPLE“) has been adjusted from a domestic stock exchange to the HKEX.

After the completion of this spin-off listing, Dahua Technology will still maintain control over iRAYPLE. Currently, Dahua Technology holds 32.58% of the shares.

Established in 2016, iRAYPLE is a technology company focusing on machine vision and mobile robot business. It is committed to providing downstream users with full-link product solutions and system services with the perception, algorithms, solutions and rich applications of industrial Internet. This spin-off listing will help iRAYPLE further enhance its multi-channel financing capabilities, enhance its brand effect, build sustainable competitive advantages by strengthening its resource integration capabilities and product R&D capabilities, make full use of the capital market, seize market development opportunities, and promote intelligent manufacturing as the orientation, continue the innovative development model of deep integration with the manufacturing industry, expand and penetrate more industries, and contribute to the digitalization and intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
