Recently, Annto Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ANNTO”), a subsidiary of Midea, has officially submitted its prospectus to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (HKEX), initiating its listing process on the Main Board of the HKEX.

ANNTO, which began operations in 2000 as Midea’s smart logistics business division, has pioneered a unique “1+3” supply chain logistics model, integrating end-to-end logistics capabilities with three core solution pillars: production logistics, centralized warehousing and distribution, and integrated last-mile delivery and installation, thus providing comprehensive supply chain services from production and distribution to final delivery. Currently, it serves over 7,000 clients across multiple industries, including home appliances, fast-moving consumer goods, and new energy.
In the robotics sector, leveraging Midea’s robotics and automation systems business, ANNTO integrates AGVs, robots, automated loading and unloading systems, and intelligent sorting equipment to create unmanned intelligent warehousing operations, which significantly improves efficiency across all warehousing and fulfillment processes, from pre-production logistics to warehouse assembly, further reduces the costs of technology R&D and equipment deployment, and establishes a differentiated competitive advantage.

Previously, ANNTO exhibited four major robots: Air-pick, Air-carry, Optimus Prime, and the Bumblebee system, each representing a different smart warehousing application.
Using the funds raised from this IPO, ANNTO plans to invest in R&D and deployment of automated equipment, including sorters, unmanned forklifts, unmanned stackers, and AGV intelligent handling robots, which will enhance automation capabilities across various processes, including within factories and warehouses, and create more efficient supply chain logistics solutions.
