On July 9, 2025, Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Geek+”) was officially listed on the main board of the HKEX with the stock code “2590”, becoming the “first stock of AMR warehouse robots in the world”.

Geek+ raised a total of 161.4 million H shares in this IPO (in view of the hot subscription of investors, the 15% over-allotment right was exercised), and the total fundraising amount was HK$ 2.71162 billion. It is the largest H-share IPO of robot companies to date and the largest non-“A+H share” technology company IPO in the HKEX market since 2025.
Among them, the HKEX public offering was subscribed 133.62 times, and the international offering was subscribed 30.17 times. It is worth noting that the 30.17 times international subscription is one of the highest multiples of international placements in HKEX this year (the international subscription multiple ranks third overall and ranks first in the technology field). At the same time, Geek+ introduced 4 cornerstone investors in this IPO issuance, with a total subscription of US$ 91.3 million (approximately HK$ 716.7 million), bringing together international capital giants, top venture capitals, state-owned assets and industry leaders.
In addition, Geek+ also received enthusiastic subscriptions from sovereign wealth funds, a large number of international long-term funds, technology special funds and hedge funds, which to a certain extent once again confirmed the capital market’s strategic consensus on the warehouse robot track and its recognition of Geek+’s commercialization capabilities and technological value.

Geek+ opened today at HK$ 17.00 per share, with a market value of over HK$ 22 billion.
Zheng Yong, the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Geek+, said in his speech at the listing, “Since its inception, Geek+ has focused on reconstructing the global supply chain efficiency paradigm through robot intelligence. This entry into the international capital market is a new starting point for us to achieve dual-wheel drive of capital and technology. In the future, Geek+ will actively embrace the broad market opportunities brought by the rapid development of the industry, use technological innovation as an engine, steadily expand its global strategic map, make robots the new infrastructure of the new era, and create a smarter, more efficient and greener smart future for the world.”
