The Centaur-G1 represents a brand-new core robotic configuration introduced by Elite Robots—following its cobots and mobile manipulators—since the company first proposed its “One Brain, Multiple Forms” strategy in 2016. Unlike general-purpose humanoid robots, this model specifically targets high-end precision manufacturing scenarios—such as those involving optical modules and AI infrastructure—to address specific pain points in intelligent manufacturing within these supply chains, offering novel intelligent solutions for precision production across the AI ecosystem.

The Centaur-G1 is equipped with 7-degree-of-freedom (DOF) redundant robotic arms; each arm boasts a payload capacity of up to 5 kg, while the dual arms working in tandem can handle a combined payload of 10 kg. Leveraging the company’s proprietary dual-arm collaborative planning algorithms, the robot can execute intricate tasks—such as material transfer and dual-handed assembly—with high precision and efficiency, making it ideally suited for the demanding production environments found in precision manufacturing.
Galaxis Launched Two New Forklift Mobile Robots
On May 28, Galaxis (Stock Code: 02729.HK) officially unveiled two new products: the VFR-CS3 and VFR-CL4. These newly released models represent a breakthrough upgrade in two key areas: operation within extremely narrow aisles and the handling of heavy loads with high-lift capabilities. Together, they further expand the operational boundaries of automated pallet storage and warehousing systems.

Addressing the narrow-aisle operational requirements for cross-base (four-way entry) and double-sided pallets, the VFR-CS3 represents a comprehensive evolution from the CS1 model; its two-stage scissor-fork mechanism has been upgraded to a single-stage mechanism. This design significantly reduces the mast thickness and incorporates a reach function, enabling the vehicle to retrieve 1.2-meter-deep pallets at heights of up to 4.8 meters within aisles as narrow as 1.75 meters, thereby substantially boosting warehouse storage density.
The VFR-CL4, conversely, targets the specific demands of multi-story warehouses—namely, heavy loads and high-lift operations. While maintaining the pioneering spirit of the CL series, it scales new heights in terms of both load capacity and lifting height. It boasts a load capacity of up to 1.5 tons at heights below 2.5 meters, retains a 1-ton capacity even at a height of 4 meters, and offers a maximum pick-and-place height of 4.8 meters. The high-strength fork design ensures negligible deflection under a 1-ton heavy load—far exceeding national standards. Coupled with an optimized low-center-of-gravity chassis, a reinforced mast structure, and a high-power motor, it delivers stable and efficient high-frequency, high-level picking operations.
iRAYPLE Released 5000kg Latent-Lifting AMR**
Recently, iRAYPLE unveiled a 5000kg latent-lifting AMR. Leveraging core technologies such as an electric dual-lifting mechanism, multi-layer safety obstacle avoidance, and a self-developed modular electronic control system, this AMR offers a more stable, safer, and smarter solution for heavy-duty material handling. The product achieves comprehensive, blind-spot-free environmental perception, capable of detecting obstacles as low as 65mm. Through synchronized motor drives, it ensures a smooth and tilt-free lifting process even under a 5,000kg heavy load, accommodating a wider and longer range of load carriers. This capability meets the lifting requirements of carriers at various heights, thereby enhancing the adaptability of the robot across diverse handling scenarios.

This heavy-duty 5,000kg latent-lifting solution finds extensive application across a wide spectrum of industries, including heavy manufacturing, 3C electronics, automotive, and lithium-ion battery production.
