Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Geek+”) starts IPO today and will end on July 4, plans to be officially listed on the main board of the HKSE on July 9, 2025 with the stock code “2590”, and will become the “first stock of AMR warehouse robots in the world”.
Geek+ plans to issue 140,353,000 H shares this time. Among them, 14,035,400 H shares will be publicly offered in Hong Kong, and 126,317,600 H shares will be offered internationally. Calculated at an issue price of HK$16.80 per share, Geek+ will raise HK$2.358 billion through this IPO, and the IPO market value will exceed HK$21.8 billion.
Geek+ introduced 4 cornerstone investors in this IPO, with a total subscription of US$91.3 million (approximately HK$716.7 million) – among which Xiong’an Robot subscribed US$41.3 million, Arc Avenue subscribed US$25 million, Eastspring Investments under Prudential subscribed US$15 million, and Yige held by Zongteng Group subscribed US$10 million. In other words, Geek+ has included a cornerstone investment lineup covering top international long-term investment institutions, private equity investment funds, state-owned wholly-owned private equity funds, and cross-border “unicorn companies”.
Founded in 2015, Geek+ provides a series of AMR warehouse robot solutions, aiming to enable warehouse fulfillment and industrial handling scenarios, while significantly improving supply chain efficiency and reducing dependence on manual labor. Geek+ provides the industry’s most extensive warehouse fulfillment AMR solutions, covering various application scenarios and technical methods. From 2021 to 2024, Geek+’s order volume increased from 1.59 billion yuan to 3.14 billion yuan.
At present, Geek+ has become the most successful company in the commercialization of AMR warehouse robots in the world, and has considerable scarce value in the HKSE robot sector.
